- For aluminum, tin, and polylaminate foils. Works with foils from all manufacturers.
- This system provides the most consistent application of capsules.

- To operate: Place capsule on bottle and bottle on platorm. Push button (lower right in photo). Bottle is automatically raised, foil applied, bottle lowered.
- The height of the roller unit is easily adjusted on the stand to accomodate bottles from 7" to 15".

- You need a small air compressor. 2 scfm is sufficient.
- Adjustment on stand is self-evident. Top of bottle should be ~1" below spinner head. Set regulator on unit (on back, not visible in photo) to 5-6 bar (75-90 psi). Set your compressor regulator to >90 psi.

Improved model with fan assisted heating
- Fan blows heat for more uniform and professional application.
- 110 V. 1000 Watts (compared to 700 watts on similar units)
- Takes ~1 second to shrink PVC capsule.
- Simply lower unit until Stop touches bottle, then remove. Fast, consistent and easy.
- 3-position switch. Off, Fan only, Fan and Heat.

- Please note this unit gets hot. Leave the fan on (Position I on the switch) for several minutes after use for faster cooling.
