Tip on adjusting tension of rubber bands. Use full bottle with cork in it for setup. Be sure bottle is centered under the spinner head. Push the bands up as far as they will go. Then test and lower bands incrementally until foils are applied firmly without wrinkles. Generally, the more contour on the bottle neck, the higher the bands need to be.
